Complete the online registration form. This is initiated by clicking on the large Orange "Register" button just above the main menu. |
The system will display the registration form. Please make sure to use a valid email address to which you have access as you will be sent an email that requires action by you. |

When you have filled in the fields on the registration form, click the "Register" button at the bottom of the form |
The system will display a confirmation that your registration has been received and tells you about the next step.
The system will immediately send you an activation email to the email address you supplied. The purpose of this email is to confirm that you have access to this email address. |

You need to click the activation link contained in the body of the activation email.
Note: if, after a short while, you have not received an email from "Rutland Chapter HOG" or "This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it." you should check your spam folders. |
The system will display confirmation that you have successfully activated your account.
The system will also now send an activation email to the Website Manager to informing him/her that your account has been activated and is awaiting verification. |
If the Website Manager is able to confirm your Chapter membership, then you will receive a further email confirming that your account is now fully registered and verified and inviting you to log in to see the additional areas to which you now have access.
If you have recently submitted your application for membership of the Chapter, it may take a few days for the details to reach the Website Manager so please be patient.
